Kayla Martinez has recently landed an RN position at a prestigious hospital in her hometown. The new job is everything she’s hoped for, especially when one hot specimen shows up in the ER. She hasn't seen her childhood crush in years, and considering how much hotter he’s gotten over time, she almost ends up needing resuscitation.
The last thing Nico LaCosta needs is a broken arm. Now his pal’s kid sister wants to soothe his pain, but he’d rather keep his distance so her big brother doesn’t break his other arm. Kayla’s no child anymore, though. She’s one hot-blooded woman, determined to remind him of a mind-blowing kiss back when they were teenagers. Leave it to Kayla to drop by his house unannounced and play Nurse Seductive. A guy has to follow the buddy code, or face the consequences. Still, sometimes giving in to temptation is worth it…

The Right Temptation follows a fun filled weekend between Kayla and Nico. Kayla is a Registered Nurse who has had a crush on Nico, her brother’s friend, since she was a teenager. Nico is a floor specialist with his Cousin Dylan’s construction company.
When Nico winds up in the ER as one of Kayla’s patients she is thrilled to see him. She has wanted to find him again for so long. Now that she knows he is still in town, she has no plans of letting him slip through her fingers again. Kayla only has one problem. Jesse has warned all of his friends away from his little sisters. Nico was warned years ago to keep his hands to himself, and off of Kayla, or feel the wrath of Jesse. Will Nico ignore Jesse’s warning and see Kayla for the woman she has become or will he allow a brother’s threat keep him from something beautiful with Kayla?
I really liked this book. It was a great, short read for a snowy evening. There was lots of Latin flare and it was loaded with sexual tension. The author has done a great job detailing the feelings and desires of both Kayla and Nico.
My only complaint would be that I still wanted more. The author done a wonderful job detailing the weekend they spent together, but I would have liked to know a little bit more about the couple’s future together.
It was an honor to receive The Right Temptation as an ARC for my honest review. I would recommend this book to my friends and family who enjoy reading as much as I do.
