Top Reads 2014

I can’t believe we are only a few hours away from a NEW year. It has been a very eventful 2014 for all of us here at BCS Reviews and indie publishing. We are very excited to see what 2015 has to offer us and our world of books. Cezanne put a list together of some her fave reads this year. Not all of them came out in 2014 but they were read this year so they work for us 🙂

We are incredibly excited to see what our wonderful authors are going to throw at us for 2015. It should be exciting year.

Hope everyone has safe, happy and prosperous 2015 and thank you for spending the last year with us.

These are the books that made me want to shout from the rooftops “YOU HAVE TO READ THIS”. I’ve read some amazing books this year, so trying to narrow it down to just 10 books was one of the hardest things to do! But these books, these books are the ones that have stayed with me the most because they’ve either rocked me emotionally or made me laugh, made me think, or made me grow as s a reader. ~C

  1. Great Picks!!!
But where is Archer’s Voice by Mia Sheridan!?!? LOL
We did our Top 5 and 4 out of 5 of us had Archer in there (and Christina didn’t read it so she doesn’t count)
The funny thing is, we all really have slightly different tastes so that is unusual.
My Top 5 I recomend to you (if you didn’t already read them that is)
After I Do by Taylor Jenkins Reid
    Archer’s Voice
    Ugly Love by Colleen Hoover
Come To Me Quietly by A.L. Jackson
    My Skylar by Penelope Ward
As for It Ain’t Me Babe by Tillie Cole, it would be on a Top 10. I really loved that one too!!!

    • Haha….you are funny Stacy 🙂
I actually read Archer’s Voice but Cezanne didn’t. I didn’t get to do my list but you are absolutely right…it was a definite top read. I love that book beyond words, I have it in paperback.
We just started reading Taylor Jenkins Reid, awesome author.
Again, C has not read AL Jackson….I am the AL junkie…lol. She is reading one her books in the coming weeks.
I have not read Ugly Love or Penelope Ward yet but it is on my TBR 🙂 You rock Stacy <3
